Some of them you’ve seen on TV, in movies or playing your favorite sport on the field; the others are in government or caring for sick children in Uganda, and you’ve never heard of them…but they are the Generation-Y “twenty-somethings.” We try to honor the notable, famous and inspirational characters of our generation here, to share their accomplishments and their stories.
Kasey Kahne, “No. 9” – this is how this 29-year-old North Carolinian NASCAR is known. Kahne has been racing officially since 17, and had his first NASCAR race and win in 2004.
Now with 11 wins and 64 Top-Ten’s under his belt – Kasey is on his way to a full career.
Outside of racing he enjoys basketball and grilling with friends and family, as well as philanthropic activities including his own Kasey Kahne Foundation.
